Push-ups 3 To Failure*
Day 2:
Bench Press 2-3 15-20
Incline Bench 3 6-8
Incline Fly 3 12-15
Push-ups 3 To Failure*
Day 3 Take the day off
Day 4:
Bench Press 2-3 15-20
Decline Bench 3 6-8
Bench Press 3 12-15
Push-ups 3 To Failure*
Day 5:
Bench Press 2-3 15-20
Incline Bench 3 6-8
Incline Fly 3 12-15
Push-ups 3 To Failure*
Day 6:
Bench Press 2-3 15-20
Decline Bench 3 6-8

* To failure means to go until you cannot go any farther. When you cannot push up any more that is failure which is not a bad thing but a muscle builder.
